Managing Member & Board of Advisors

The Fund is run by its Managing Member, Equity Estates, LLC. The Executive Officers for the company are Adam Capes, its President, and Philip Mekelburg its Chief Executive Officer. Tim Trankina is the third member of the company. The Managing Member is supported by a Board of Advisors that provides advice with respect to investments, financing, service level requirements, relationships with strategic partners, and other matters.

We will also consult with a member council, elected by members, on investments and operational matters.
