Equity Estates is offering 0% financing for new investors in Fund VI. Our goal is to make it easier than ever to say “yes” to shared ownership of a dozen multi-million-dollar residences and start traveling to 60+ destinations immediately.

Here’s how the 0% financing offer works:

• Pay 30% of the Capital Contribution at the time of closing.
• Immediately enjoy unlimited last-minute travel to portfolio residences reserved within 21 days of arrival.
• 0% interest rate on remaining Capital Contribution balance through 12/31/24.
• Starting 1/1/25, the interest rate is only SOFR (Secured Overnight Financing Rate, which replaced LIBOR) + 2.5% for up to 24 months thereafter.

Why is Equity Estates introducing 0% financing?

The 0% financing offer helps us align with our payment schedule for our new construction projects. Our goal is to make it easier for genuinely interested accredited investors to move forward immediately as a new Fund VI investor.
