Dotted around the center of Aix are several farmers markets that can be found on various days of the week. Selling everything from fresh fruit and veggies, to meat, fish, herbs and spices, bread, cakes, soap, flowers, and plants. They are wonderful places to wander around, and sample your way through all the delicious foods offered by the different local vendors.
