Trip Planning is a collaborative tool that simplifies research and online booking for destination activities.


Trip Planning will give you better tools for researching your trip so you can be more prepared for discussions with your Residence Manager. This will make your trip planning faster, easier, and more efficient.


No. The new Trip Planning experience gives you the tools you need to update your itinerary as needed.


Yes. Changes to your itinerary are now dynamic, which means it will automatically be visible to you and your Residence Manager.


For each trip, you will designate a Trip Planner who has the authority to modify the itinerary and relay requests to the Residence Manager. This Trip Planner may be appointed by your account’s Legal Representative and can be changed as needed.

For each destination, Equity Estates has compiled dozens of pre-vetted activity options. When you’re ready to add activities, click “Add Plan” under the Activity Plan tab.


Yes. You can create your own activities by simply clicking “My Own Activity”.


You can personally confirm your activities by clicking “add to my itinerary”, or you can request that your Residence Manager confirm on your behalf by clicking “ask my Residence Manager to book this”.


Yes. A PDF version of your itinerary is still available for download.
