Equity Estates

In early 2018, Equity Estates acquired and remodeled a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath residence in Aspen. Less than five years later, this remarkable property has experienced significant appreciation.

Aspen, Colorado is a dream in so many ways. This Colorado mountain town is home to world-renowned skiing, boutique shopping, and fine dining. Condé Nast Traveler just announced that Aspen won its readers’ choice award for the Best Small City in the United States.

It has also turned out to be an ideal destination for Equity Estates.

We are excited to share with you this Aspen Residence Highlight – the story of our mountain home. In this download, we share before and after photos, financial details, plus a little about what attracted our team to this beautiful town.

Equity Estates works to intentionally acquire luxury real estate that will be enjoyed by our investors for the life of the Fund, but that will also appreciate in value. For more information on investing with Fund VI, please click here to schedule time with a member of our Investor Relations team.

Vail is a beautiful place. With blue skies and mountains that are covered in golds in the fall, snow-capped in winter, and blanketed with wildflowers in the summer, it’s stunning year round.

Nestled within the Colorado Rockies, this European-inspired ski town is famous for its trails and back bowls, gorgeous vistas, and inspiring mountain terrain. With a wide variety of outdoor activities and a friendly, small-town vibe, it’s also a fantastic getaway for those who want to enjoy the beauty of Vail…even if they don’t want to hit the slopes.

“There’s a lot to do here,” says Dani, our Vail Destination Manager, “From hiking and rafting, to golfing, fishing, biking, or just spending the day in one of the villages, there’s something for everyone.” And while things slow down after summer, the colors of the Aspen trees make it well worth a trip during fall foliage. Whether you’re dreaming of visiting during peak snow season, planning next year’s summer getaway, or looking to vacation during one of the quieter months, deciding what to see and do in Vail can be a tough decision. Our concierge team is always on hand and ready to help you plan an amazing, personalized trip and Dani has helped us put together some ideas for a perfect three-day Vail itinerary.

Day One: Start on the Mountain

There’s no better way to kick off your vacation than with a scenic gondola ride to the top of the mountain. The Eagle Bahn Gondola in Lionshead is a short walk from our Equity Estates home and offers the most amazing views of Vail Mountain and the surrounding areas. Stop by Les Delices De France for coffee and one of their popular ham and cheese croissants, still warm from the oven, and enjoy as you’re whisked to the top.

At the top of the mountain, you’ll find the Eagle’s Nest summit camp where you can enjoy skiing or snowboarding in the winter and hiking in the summer. For winter sports enthusiasts, drop into the world-famous back bowls of Vail and explore the far reaches of Blue Sky Basin.  And if you’re new to skiing or want to brush up on your skills, the resort offers fantastic private and group lessons for all age levels. Tubing is also a fun winter activity for the entire family.

If there in the summer or fall, try the Epic Discovery Park which offers ziplining, a mountain coaster, bungee trampolines, and a climbing wall.  All ages will enjoy it.  But if you really want to experience the natural beauty of Vail, hiking is the way to go. The miles of scenic trails range from easy and moderate to mixed-use and all offer spectacular views.

With a morning of outdoor adventure behind you, head back down and grab a bite at Moe’s Original BBQ, known for their pulled pork or fried catfish.  Don’t forget to save room for their Banana Puddin’, a must.   Sit on the patio and enjoy live music on the weekends.

Head back to the condo in the afternoon and take advantage of the building’s many spa-like amenities. Relax in the steam room or hot tub, book a massage or take a swim in the indoor/outdoor pool.

“The condo community is called Vail Spa for a reason,” says Dani. “The onsite spa and massage services here are amazing; we can even arrange an in-home massage for you if you’d like.”

After a short rest, stroll back over to Lionshead Village for a look around, followed by a casual dinner at Blue Moose Pizza. Or, for a more upscale option, let us make reservations for you at Mountauk Seafood Grill, known for its great seafood, raw bar, and delicious cocktails. Try a refreshing Ladybug—this gin cucumber and strawberry concoction is a bar favorite.

Day Two: Explore the Villages

Meander through Vail’s pedestrian-friendly villages – Lionshead Village, just outside your door, and the quaint Vail Village, a short 15-minute walk or shuttle ride away. Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes if you plan to spend the whole day out.

Both villages feature dozens of shops, restaurants, art galleries, parks, and other entertainment options, so there are plenty of ways to fill the day. Best of all, the villages are connected by heated cobblestone streets that are closed off to vehicles, making them perfect for walking year-round.

While exploring, keep an eye out for Vail’s many works of art. There are more than 45 public installations, including paintings, murals, and sculptures throughout the area. A guided tour can be booked by our team if you want to take an official art walk.

In Lionshead, check out the architecturally interesting Sunbird Park, named one of the world’s “coolest playgrounds” by Travel + Leisure, do a little window shopping, or let the kids have fun at the Imagination Station. In winter, lace up your skates and take a turn around the beautiful outdoor Vail Square Ice Rink. And if you need mid-day refueling before heading over to Vail Village, enjoy burgers and beer on Garfinkel’s outdoor patio, one of the town’s local landmarks.

In Vail Village, try the eclectic Blü Cow Cafe, the famous home of the Swiss hot dog, or enjoy a private wine tasting class at Root and Flower.

Once you’ve explored the shops and galleries, head over to the lovely Betty Ford Alpine Gardens. Open daily,  this famous garden – the highest altitude botanical garden in the world – offers walking paths, water features, and a nice children’s area. There are also plenty of places to just sit and take in the scenery. Allow us to check the evening concert lineup at their beautiful amphitheater.

To round out the day, belly up to Mountain Standard’s bar.  They have an ever-changing seasonal menu. You must try their menu staple Pimento Cheese appetizer—the pickled celery cuts the dip’s rich flavor and is a must-order.  Wash it down with their ‘standard margarita’ or leave it to their talented bartenders to whip up something refreshing.

Day Three: Epic Adventure – Your Choice

Wrap up your Vail trip with a day of outdoor adventuring. Regardless of the season, there are a lot of half-day and full-day excursions to choose from, and your personal travel concierge will be happy to make the arrangements for you.

In winter, you can head back up Vail Mountain to ski some of the terrains you didn’t get to on day one (after all, Vail has 195 trails, 31 lifts, and over 5,300 skiable acres), take a guided snowshoe hike, or experience the thrill of a six-mile dog sledding trip.

In summer, try rafting the Colorado River, take an early morning hot air balloon ride, or try a guided backcountry half-day hike with llamas.

“The llama lunch is fun, but I highly recommend the whitewater rafting,” says Dani. “It’s such a thrill! The rivers have class 1, 2, and 3 rapids, and the rafting guides are really great to work with.”

To bookend your trip, let us make dinner reservations for you at the super cool Vintage restaurant, a charming French Brasserie offering traditional fare—their mussels are the best in town.   Or if you prefer the more upscale Sweet Basil, a trendy spot serving New American cuisine.

Indulge in California’s famed Wine Country, a cornucopia of farm-to-table, fine dining, wine, and the good life. Defined by mountain ranges and influenced by its proximity to the Pacific Ocean, this region enjoys a dry Mediterranean climate perfectly suited for growing grapes and outdoor living. There is much more to do in Wine Country than drink wine and tour vineyards, including outdoor pursuits and sports, museums, history tours, cooking classes, and one-of-a-kind shopping.

We interviewed Brittany, Destination Manager for our Wine Country home, to create the perfect itinerary for a visit.

Day 1: Settle in and wine tasting in St. Helena

Upon your arrival, your local host will greet you at the charming residence located in the heart of Wine Country.  Your home feels like a European country estate, with romantic views of a nearby vineyard and rolling hills for beautiful sunsets, lush gardens and a spacious, modern layout. After settling in, head to picturesque Main Street which is just a short bike ride or walk away to explore the shops, galleries and tasting rooms before dinner. Your concierge will arrange an afternoon tasting at a winery if you’d like to jump right into your experience. Nearby St. Helena is home to dozens of wineries and vineyards, including BeringerCharles Krug and Louis M. Martini, plus the boutique and upscale Fantesca EstateSomerston EstateTrinchero Napa Valley and HALL Wines

There are exceptional restaurants nearby St. Helena is home to many of them. For dinner, your concierge will reserve a table for you at the well-known Goose and Gander which grows most of their produce on a local two-acre farm. Feast on amazing rustic American food from their seasonal menu, imbibe on the fresh, creative libations or a bottle of local wine.  Sip on the Hemingway Daiquiri or the Bali Spice Old Fashioned. Nibble on garden radishes, fried olives, farm cheeses and house cured charcuterie. Feast on steak, pork, chicken, fish and even delicious vegetarian entrees.

Day 2: Special winery tours and the CIA way

Today enjoy wine tastings nearby on your customized winery tour.  Private transportation with Beau Wine Tours & Limousine Service will be arranged and an itinerary unique to your taste and wine preferences will be crafted. Beau chauffeurs are not just drivers, they are knowledgeable ambassadors of the region and the wine industry. They will educate and enlighten for a truly enjoyable experience.

Following your wine tasting tour, spend the afternoon learning to cook the CIA way at the famed Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in downtown. The CIA offers cooking classes and tours and what better place to be inspired by local ingredients and flavors! Your personal concierge will handle all the details, you just need to select the classroom of your choice: Farm to Table, Julia’s Kitchen: Celebrating French Cuisine, Cooking Fundamentals, or Flavors of the Mediterranean Table, to name a few.

After class, walk along the paved river trail through town and shop the many boutiques and stores for that special memento. The CIA offers a gift shop and chef supply store for that perfect kitchen tool. For art lovers, there are galleries galore full of paintings, sculptures, pottery, photography and drawings. The Napa General Store is fun to shop for furniture, wine accessories, home goods, and locally made items. They also have a very popular patio and restaurant for a snack. Of course, there are the many tasting rooms and breweries to help you meander around town. For an early happy hour, head over to the Hog Island Oyster Bar at Oxbow Public Market. This deliciously casual oyster and seafood haven showcases the amazing farmers, fishermen and artisan food producers of the area.

For dinner, you have a reservation at local favorite Brasswood Bar + Kitchen in St. Helena for an incredible menu of fresh comfort food inspired by local harvests. The atmosphere is cozy and warm. Try the Herb Infused Pappardelle and Short Rib Sugo or the Duck Bolognese in red wine sauce. Local wine and handmade cocktails complement your meal, and their Butterscotch Panna Cotta is the perfect end note.

Day 3: Up, up, and away…

Though you may have planned your trip for the wine, a sunrise hot air balloon ride with Napa Valley Balloons, Inc. just might become the highlight of your vacation. Your experienced and knowledgeable pilot will act as your guide, sharing interesting information and breathtaking views of the natural beauty of the region from above.

Back on terra firma, enjoy a leisurely bike tour through the Calistoga Bike Shop to wrap up your final day. Your expert and fun guide will lead you on an outing, whether you’d like to explore nature, visit local villages or squeeze in a few more vineyards and tastings.

Tonight, relax at home with Chef Alex, a legend with EE investors, for a five-star meal prepared in your home. Taste local wine and nibble on small bites on your beautiful terrace while Chef Alex creates a grilled peach and prosciutto salad, oven-roasted king salmon with corn and green squash, and grilled rack of lamb with fingerling potatoes. Renowned for its amazing skiing, Park City has long been a popular spot for visitors looking to hit the slopes. But this gorgeous mountain town, just 35 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport, is a fantastic year-round destination for everyone.

Combining the natural beauty of the surrounding Wasatch Mountains with a picturesque Main Street, world-class festivals, a great selection of restaurants and bars, and plenty of options for outdoor fun, Park City has everything you need for the perfect getaway.

“I like to say that Park City has a small-town vibe with big city access since there’s so much to do here,” says Brittany, our Park City Destination Manager. “It’s very laid-back and friendly even with all of the upscale resorts and amenities.”

If you’re looking to relax and unwind or get out and play, our concierge team will plan an amazing, personalized Park City vacation. We’ve rounded up some of Brittany’s top recommendations to create a perfect three-day itinerary – with fresh air and amazing mountain views included.

Day One: From Mountain to Main Street

Start your first day in Park City with coffee or breakfast on your home’s private, rooftop deck. It’s a great place to wake up while taking in the breathtaking landscape.

Once you’re up and ready to go, head to Park City Mountain for a full morning of outdoor fun. Your options will be different depending on when you visit, but everything here is geared towards adventure and exploration.

In summer, take the lift to the top of the mountain and spend the morning mountain bikinghiking, or enjoying any of the other fun outdoor activities they offer, including a 3,000-foot long alpine slide, golfing, and more, all of which can be booked for you by your concierge.

In winter, skiers and snowboarders can experience thrilling runs on the mountain’s many powder-soft vertical trails or keep things slow and gentle at High Meadow Park, the resort’s beginner’s area, all conveniently located and easy to get to from your Equity Estates home.

“One of the best things about this home is its location!” says Brittany. “You’re only a block from  most shops and restaurants in downtown Park City, and the Park City Mountain Town Lift is located at the end of our block to go straight up the mountain for hiking or skiing in the winter.”

After a morning on the mountain, head back home for a leisurely lunch. We can arrange a dropoff from salt box or Park City Provisions to enjoy in the home’s well-stocked kitchen.

After lunch, walk over to historic Main Street to really get a sense of life in Park City. Here you can window shop, pick up some souvenirs, or just take in the sights. Check out the exhibits at Meyer Gallery or Park City Fine Art, grab a coffee and browse the books at the cozy Atticus Coffee, Books & Teahouse, stop by Park City Mercantile, or visit the Park City Museum to learn more about the city’s history and heritage. There’s enough to see and do here to fill the entire afternoon.

To wrap up the day, let your Personal Travel Concierge make dinner reservations for you at one of the excellent Main Street restaurants. Chimayo, specializing in southwestern cuisine, and Grappa, featuring rustic Italian fare, are two of our favorites.

Day Two: Olympic Park or Fly-Fishing

Keep the action going on day two with a visit to Utah Olympic Park. Built for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games, this 400-acre venue is home to a multitude of year-round, family-friendly activities. Try out their rope courses, zipline tours, extreme tubing, and summer bobsled experiences. And make sure to visit the 2002 Winter Games Museum

If you’d prefer a more low-key outdoor activity, how about a guided fly-fishing trip on one of Park City’s nearby rivers?  Lunch, snacks, and drinks are provided for the full-day excursions. Best of all, the fishing here is excellent in every season.

After a day out, take some time to relax back at the chalet with refreshing drinks on the rooftop deck or with a massage at the nearby Aura Spa and Boutique. Then let us make reservations for you at Fletchers on Main Street or arrange for a private chef to come in and cook dinner for you at the home.

Day Three: Sundance, Shopping, and More

On day three, venture out of Park City to explore Sundance, home of the world-famous annual film festival, stopping at the pretty Jordanelle Reservoir on the way, and enjoy the drive through the scenic Heber Valley area as well. At Sundance, check out the scenic chair lifts, offering panoramic views of the mountain as you glide to the top of Ray’s Summit, enjoy a guided waterfall hike to Stewart Falls, and learn more about Robert Redford’s film history. Follow the fun with lunch at the delicious Foundry Grill, offering farm-to-table dishes and indoor and outdoor dining.

End your day back in Park City with another stroll down Main Street – which is even lovelier at night – and dinner reservations at the top-rated Riverhorse on Main, Brittany’s favorite Park City restaurant. Their menu of eclectic American cuisine rotates seasonally but offers one-of-a-kind meals like local rainbow trout or a trio of wild game served alongside a buffalo tartare or lamb lollipops.

“Riverhorse is amazing! It’s got great ambiance and food, and they have live music some nights as well,” she says. “It’s a great way to wrap up three days in Park City.”

At Home in Park City with Equity Estates

This elegant ski chalet, nestled in the heart of Park City, is just 130 yards from Main Street, and 150 yards from the ski and hiking trails. The cozy, yet spacious layout features five bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, and multiple decks, including a private rooftop patio, making it the perfect place to call home for your next family adventure.

For those who’ve never been, the Dominican Republic may not be the first place that comes to mind when planning a Caribbean vacation. One stay at the stunning Equity Estates home nestled in the heart of the lush and luxurious Arrecife Estates within the Punta Cana Resort & Club may change your thinking.

Located on the easternmost point of the island, affectionately nicknamed the Coconut Coast, this upscale, gated community is a tropical haven best known for its beautiful beaches, swaying palms, and clear, turquoise water. It’s also home to amazing golf courses, including the award-winning La Cana and Corales clubs, and a wide variety of year-round sports, recreation, dining, and eco-adventure options.  Almost anything you might need for an unforgettable Caribbean vacation – from horseback riding and kite surfing to spa days and nature trails or an elegant dinner out – is just a short golf cart ride away from the home

With so many amazing things to do, it might seem impossible to fit it all in. Fortunately, our Destination Manager, Chelsea, has put together her top recommendations for three perfect days in Punta Cana and is available to create the best itinerary for your vacation.

Day One: Sun, Sport, and Relaxation

Kick off your stay in Punta Cana with a morning visit to the Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center for match playing, drills, or a private lesson. Just minutes from the residence, the center offers clay, Har-Tru, and natural grass courts along with a pro shop, snack bar, and world-class instructors. Let us know your preferences and we’ll take care of the reservations for you.

If you’d rather hit the links than the tennis courts, let us book a morning tee time for you at the renowned La Cana Golf Course instead. Named the “number one course in the Caribbean” by GOLF magazine, this 27-hole course, designed by P.D. Dye, features three nines, including 14 holes with amazing ocean views. Our residence is located right on the sixth hole, and this is a convenient and must-visit course for any golfer visiting Punta Cana.

After a morning out, head back to the house for a little lunch and leisure. Your Local Host will make sure the kitchen is stocked with your favorite foods so whipping something up is a breeze. Take your lunch on the private outdoor patio or by the pool, where you can rest, relax, and swim surrounded by lush, tropical greenery and a view of La Cana’s golf course.

“One of my favorite things about this home is the lushness of the outdoor space,” says Chelsea. “You feel like you’re in the jungle with all of the great outdoor areas to hang out and relax with family and friends.”

When you’ve had enough pool time, take the golf cart to the gorgeous La Cana Beach Club for a beachside afternoon. Explore the beautifully designed clubhouse and outdoor areas, enjoy a refreshing beverage (or two) at the bar, or let us book a facial for you at the popular onsite Six Senses Spa, which features open air treatment rooms. Cap it off with a walk along the beach or time spent lounging by the water.

In the evening, Chelsea suggests having a private chef come in to prepare a lovely, personalized dinner for you in the home’s large kitchen. Enjoy a refreshing passionfruit and mango daiquiri and an appetizer of local empanadas while the chef prepares Punta Cana ceviche, roasted Dominican spice rubbed chicken, cassava gratin, and a baked coconut dessert for your dinner.

Day Two: Explore and Enjoy

For day two, grab the golf cart and spend the day exploring some of the resort’s amazing amenities. How about learning to kitesurf in the morning with lessons at Kite Club Punta Cana, located next to the Playa Blanca restaurant? Or horseback riding on the beach?

For lunch, step inside Playa Blanca to enjoy a menu of fresh, local seafood, grilled meats, and refreshing drinks. Or head over to the lovely Mare restaurant at the La Cana Golf & Beach Club for internationally inspired, wood-fired pizzas, salads, seafood, and more.

“You can’t go wrong with either of those options,” says Chelsea. “They both have excellent food and offer open air and outdoor dining with gorgeous views of the water.”

In the afternoon, head over to the 1,500-acre Ojos Indigenas (Indigenous Eyes) Ecological Park and Nature Reserve, located at the westernmost side of the resort community. Here you can follow a series of trails through a tropical forest that showcases the natural beauty and cultural history of the island, visit an onsite petting zoo or sugarcane exhibit, and even take a dip in one of the reserve’s private, freshwater swimming holes.

After a day out, some quiet time back at the residence may be needed. Enjoy more time by the pool or relax with a good book before getting ready for dinner.

For the evening meal, let us make reservations for you at Bamboo, the AAA Four Diamond Award-winning restaurant located at Tortuga Bay. They offer a unique menu of fusion dishes blending locally sourced ingredients with a Mediterranean influence. The décor is elegant but comfortable, with a dining room designed by Oscar de la Renta.

Alternatively, you can stay in and let the food come to you. Punta Cana now offers delivery service from all of the best restaurants within the resort. Let your Personal Travel Concierge take care of the arrangements for you.

Day Three: Party Boat, Shopping, and Fine Dining

For the final perfect day, Chelsea recommends getting up early and heading out of the resort and onto the water for a family-friendly boat excursion.

“A half-day trip on the Margaritas boat is a must-do when visiting Punta Cana,” says Chelsea. “They’ll pick you up in the morning for your trip and you’ll spend about three hours boating along the Bavaro coast, reef snorkeling, and swimming in a natural pool before heading back. Drinks, music, and snacks are provided, and the boat even has a slide at the back for guaranteed fun.”

If shopping sounds like a good way to follow up a fun-filled boat trip, check out the Galerias at Puntacana Village or BlueMall Puntacana. Both are near the airport, just minutes from the residence, and feature retail shops, a variety of dining options perfect for a quick lunch with warm, welcoming service.

With a few hours left before dinner, you may choose to play another round of golf – this time at Corales – visit the spa or Golf & Beach Club again if you prefer.  Whatever you choose, your Personal Travel Concierge is happy to make it happen for you.

For dinner, Chelsea recommends La Yola. This elegant, AAA Three Diamond Award-winning restaurant is modeled after a fishing boat and rests above the sea at the Punta Cana Resort Marina. They are known for their fresh Mediterranean and Caribbean dishes and seafood, as well as their magnificent water views.

“It’s the best restaurant inside the resort,” says Chelsea. “And a great way to wrap up three perfect days here.”

Relax and recharge in the beautiful, secluded village resort of Las Catalinas on the Guanacaste Coast in northwest Costa Rica. The private beach town brings a new style of living to residents and visitors, where fun, health, nature, and fulfilling experiences rule the day. The architecture and village layout were inspired by colonial towns in Latin America and coastal villages in the Mediterranean.

We interviewed Brittany, Destination Manager for Las Catalinas, to create the perfect itinerary. Wonderful adventures await you in Las Catalinas!

Day One: Settle In & Explore

Your private concierge team will meet you at the residence. After settling into your elegant home, wander the pedestrian streets of Las Catalinas. Houses, shops, restaurants, boutique hotels, plazas and parks create charming walkable public spaces that blend with the neighboring nature reserve of 1,000 acres of tropical dry forest, walking and bike trails, and stunning beach and mountain views. For a snack or late lunch, head over to Cuatro Calle La Ronda, a popular all-day bakery and café at the Santarena Hotel. Since Costa Rica is known around the world for its premium coffee, try the chorreador coffee, a national specialty. The bakery also sells homemade local items to take with you such as preserves and pickles.

For sunset drinks and coastal Costa Rican cuisine tonight, enjoy the local favorite Sentido Norte, just a ten-minute walk from your front door. The open-air restaurant is perched on a hill overlooking the bay and offers the best sunset view in town.  Sip a Guipipia (Costa Rican rum, lime juice, brown sugar) or Passion Fruit Mojito as the sun sets. For dinner, try the Pacific Stew or Catch of the Day.

Day Two: Hike the Tropical Forest & Picnic on the Beach

Wake up to freshly brewed traditional Costa Rican coffee and settle into your morning with breakfast by Dayling, your Las Catalinas House Mom. She can prepare a typical breakfast (known locally as “Desayuno Tipico”) of scrambled eggs with onion and tomato, rice and beans, fried plantains, and fresh fruit and juices.

This morning let us reserve a private tour with Alberto, one of the best local guides, to explore the neighboring tropical forest reserve which has 42 kilometers of multi-use trails. He will plan a tropical forest walk or hike depending on your interests and craft a memorable outing. He entertains and informs with his knowledge of local history, flora, and fauna. Investors give high reviews of hiking with Alberto as an active way to learn about the area. If biking is more your style, we’ll arrange a mountain biking tour through the hills and valleys of the forest, which is also very popular.

After working up a healthy appetite, take your gourmet box lunches ordered by your concierge to the beach for a relaxing picnic and enjoy the beautiful views of the Catalina Islands and the Pacific Ocean

Spend the afternoon on the black sand beaches of Playa Danta or Playa Dantita, two of the finest beaches in Costa Rica, both within walking distance of your home, where you can swim or try a watersport in the sheltered bay. Your concierge will help you plan your day by arranging reservations for mountain biking, surf lessons, and snorkeling through Pura Vida Ride or the rental of a paddleboard, single kayak, or double kayak, all of which are available at the residence.

For dinner tonight, relax at home and allow us to arrange for a private chef who will create a masterful feast in your kitchen. Your concierge will work with you to select a tasting menu or “family style” meal of regional ingredients for your party, and while your chef prepares a five-star meal of caramelized pear salad, grilled lobster tail and tres leches cake, you’ll be enjoying his signature drink on the rooftop patio.  According to our investors, the private chef experience is one of the top features of traveling with Equity Estates.

Day Three: Tour Potrero Bay by Catamaran

On your final day, relax by the pool at the Las Catalinas Beach Club and enjoy the offerings from their delicious restaurant with poolside service. Or if you’re still feeling adventurous, your concierge can reserve a forest canopy ziplining tour or a sailing excursion across the peaceful Bay of Potrero. The ConnectOcean “Intertidal and Coral Reef Explorer Sailing Trip” is an investor favorite which explores coves, beaches, and tide pools on the Guanacaste Coast. An Equity Estates Investor shared the following after his Las Catalinas stay: “This house is really special. There are three living areas, a top-floor terrace, and a private plunge pool. Equity Estates set us up with a fabulous private chef for two nights and we wished we had opted to have him every night! We squeezed in many activities suggested by our concierge, including hiking around Las Catalinas, drinks at sunset, a private catamaran, horseback riding and ziplining. We would’ve never been able to put together this itinerary on our own. It was an incredible trip and I hope to go back soon!”
