This self-sustaining, expertly planned town offers an array of amenities and activities—all within the gates. A pedestrian’s dream, motorized vehicles are noticeably absent. Every street leads to scenic overlooks, and every residence offers incredible views. One side of town encompasses over 1,000 acres of spectacular tropical forest with extensive hiking, biking, and horseback trails. On the other side lies the Pacific Ocean, with two of the finest beaches in all of Costa Rica. Take a dip, try your hand at stand up paddle boarding, hop in a kayak or marvel at sea life while snorkeling or diving.

Set sail on a nice, comfortable boat off the Costa Rican shore. Your day will include scuba, snorkeling, and relaxing on tucked away beaches. The kids will love learning more about ecology of the ocean first hand. Plus, there is always plenty to eat and drink, and the crew is amazing.

Equity Estates set us up with a fabulous private chef for two nights and we wished we had opted to have him every night!
