DAY 1: Clifftop Dinner at Agua

Your local host will meet you at your elegant villa in the resort community of Playa Palmilla with breathtaking coastal views. Enjoy an agua fresca (fresh fruit juice) or margarita and fresh salsa and guacamole on the terrace while reviewing an itinerary crafted with the perfect balance of leisure and adventure to suit your tastes. After unpacking, make yourself at home and enjoy a refreshing swim in your private infinity pool overlooking the Sea of Cortez.

Tonight, you have dinner reservations at Agua, a clifftop restaurant in a spectacular oceanside setting for a Baja-inspired menu. The endless sea to sky views will inspire you as you celebrate your first night in Cabo! Dine on the region’s culinary treasures: the ceviche trio, handmade tortillas, authentic moles, smoked red snapper, and grilled beef tenderloin.  

DAY 2: Tee off, Surf’s Up, and Tequila & Tapas

Allow us to reserve a tee time at the world-renowned Cabo Real Golf Club. Experience a beautifully designed target-style golf course with broad fairways framed by Sierra de la Laguna mountain peaks, canyon views, endless sandy beaches, palm trees, and rocky seascapes that will impress.

If golfing is not your forte, we can arrange a private tennis lesson with a local pro at the Palmilla Tennis Club.

From there head to lunch where we’ve made reservations at beachfront 7 Seas, one of the best-kept secrets in San Jose. Delight in their local menu of grouper, tuna, shrimp, lobster, scallops, oysters, baby squid, and blue crab. The dishes are eclectic and fresh. Beach and water views dotted with surfers will entertain you during your meal. After lunch, walk down to the beach for a surfing lesson.

Tonight, we’ve planned a private chef service in your amazing home with one of our favorite chefs in the area. For happy hour on your amazing terrace, enjoy a fresh Hibiscus cocktail and learn how to make authentic ceviche. A contest will follow during which one ceviche will be crowned the greatest! Afterward, enjoy a Tequila and Tapas tasting menu and learn about Mexico’s national spirit’s different styles and tastes. Continue the fiesta in the comfort of your home and enjoy a private mariachi band we hired for a nightcap.

DAY 3: Sail away and snorkel! 

After last night’s party, enjoy a peaceful morning at home by the pool. Later today, step aboard the Rissalena, a 50’ luxury catamaran, for a special cruise with Captain Laura, an investor favorite!  There are different trips to choose from: take a snorkeling adventure through the blue reefs of Cabo San Lucas, or whale watching, or tour iconic sites including El Arco, Lover’s Beach and the enchanting cliffs of Land’s End.  Captain Laura provides gourmet food and drinks during your excursion.

Or instead, for the land lovers, we can plan a beach camel ride, horseback riding, or a Dune Buggy expedition and beach picnic today. The choices are endless!

On the way to dinner, stop off in San Jose to explore their cobblestone streets, art galleries, stores full of handmade artisanal goods, and traditional Mexican architecture.  It’s a quaint town which feels like a step back in time to Old Mexico.

We know you’ll enjoy a special dinner tonight at Flora Farm’s Field Kitchen just 15 minutes from town, a beautiful outdoor restaurant situated on a 25-acre organic working farm tucked in the foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains. Farm fresh ingredients from their field to your table will make a memorable and delicious meal which you will talk about for years. The menu is seasonal and changes daily.  Don’t miss their famous “farmarita” and wood-fired pork chop—menu staples.  The Farm also offers cooking classes and other activities throughout the week.
